Sunrise Marathon / Halfmaraton

Sunrise Marathon and Half Marathon will take place on June 21, 2026, at Olympia Brno, Modřice. The race starts early in the morning at 4:46 AM to allow runners to experience the magical atmosphere of sunrise during the run. The course is flat and consists of five equally long loops, which run partly in nature and partly through shaded sections. Organizers provide electronic timing and support at key points along the course. The race is suitable for all runners who want to welcome summer actively and experience a unique dawn running event.

Electronic timing with chip. The course is marked with directional signs and organizers are present at important locations. Bag storage is available until 10:00 AM. Weather at the start is usually pleasant, 14 - 16 °C, it is recommended to adjust hydration and clothing accordingly. The start is early in the morning, with bus transportation available from Brno, refreshment stations, medical services, and the option to purchase race merchandise.
