Olympijský běh - České Budějovice

The Olympic Run in České Budějovice is a traditional race for enthusiasts of challenging terrain. The 7 km route passes through the ford at U Špačků, along the right bank of the Malše River to Roudné and back to the boatyard. The race is open to adults and children, with children's races having their own 1.5 km route. Participants contribute to the Czech Olympic Foundation through their registration fee. The main race starts at 6:00 PM at Hanace boatyard in České Budějovice.

Registrations are only available online until June 5, 2026, and on-site registration is not possible. The route is not adapted for wheelchairs or handbikes. Timing is not chip-based. There are changing rooms, a storage area, and toilets available. It is recommended to arrive by bike, on foot, or by public transport (bus No. 10). Parking is available at the boatyard or near the footbridge over the Malše River. The race capacity is 120 adults and 60 children. Children are not allowed to start on the adult route. The course includes crossing the Malše River ford. Registration online until June 5, 2026. Start at 6:00 PM. The race is supported by the Czech Olympic Foundation.
