Race description
The Chudenice Žďár Run is a young cross-country race established in 2016, held in the picturesque autumn environment of Žďár hill above the village of Chudenice. The course is a challenging cross-country run without asphalt sections, with a slightly hilly profile and an attractive climb of forest stairs to Bolfánek. The start and finish are located in the area of the local physical education unit. The main race measures 6.2 km and offers runners a challenge as well as beautiful natural scenery.

Additional information
The race is part of the traditional and prestigious off-road running series in the Klatovy district called Ešus League. In previous years, the Ešus League races featured original prizes such as running caps, bottles with drinks, fairground pies, or Šumava cheeses. The course is known for measuring exactly 6.2 km if you do not get lost. The course is approximately 6.2 km long, suitable for all age categories, without asphalt sections, with a climb to Bolfánek. The race will take place in June 2026, on June 20th.
