Sokolský běh republiky - Ústí nad Labem

The Sokol Race of the Republic is an annual celebration of the founding of Czechoslovakia, held on October 28th. This race has become a modern tradition, expanding to many places in the Czech Republic and abroad. Participants can choose from various routes for adults and children, with courses running on both asphalt and forest trails. The event is open to all runners who wish to celebrate the country's founding through movement and the joy of running.

The start package includes a bib number and gifts from organizers and partners. Refreshments are provided at the finish, supplied for the fourth year by partner PENNY, including bars, fruit, and water. In Prague, there is also a PENNY food tent with a hot buffet and the option to pay with a PENNY card. Parking at the start is limited. The race can be without timing, but the finishing time and winners are recorded. Routes for adults are 4.5 km, for children 0.25 km, 0.5 km, and 0.75 km; registration is open until October 24, 2025; the event takes place in Ústí nad Labem and other locations in the Czech Republic and abroad.
