Sokolský běh republiky - Mníšek pod Brdy

The Sokol Race of the Republic in Mníšek pod Brdy is an annual celebration of the founding of Czechoslovakia, held on October 28th. The race offers a 5 km course for adults running around the Sokol Hall, ponds, and the Kája Mařík Inn, with start and finish at the state castle. For children, shorter circuits are prepared on a grassy area, which are easy and suitable for various age groups. At the start location, there are facilities with registration, changing tents, toilets, and refreshments; parking is free. Each participant receives a starter pack and a beautiful medal in the shape of the republic at the finish line.

Závod probíhá ve formátu ZÁVOD bez nutnosti měření časomírou, ale výsledný čas a vyhlášení vítězů jsou zajištěny. V místě startu je stan s registrací, převlékací stany, WC, občerstvení a lavičky. Parkování je zdarma přímo u startu. Trať je asfaltová do 1 km, dětské tratě na travnatém povrchu, start u státního zámku, registrace a občerstvení na místě, parkování zdarma, akce je bez oficiálního časomíry, ale s medailí pro všechny účastníky.
