Race description
PoHodová Devítka is a traditional running race in Velká Bíteš, held every September after the local festivities. The main course is 9 km long and suitable for all runners, with shorter distances available for children. The race offers a friendly atmosphere and is open to the general public, including categories for children and youth. The route is approximately one-third on asphalt and two-thirds on unpaved paths, run in full road traffic, and each participant runs at their own risk.

Additional information
Children start according to categories from 11:00, first the youngest, then younger and older pupils. The children's race starts immediately after the main race begins. For children, there is a bouncy castle, face painting, and a small prize for everyone. A raffle for a voucher for an extended PoHodová Devítka running weekend is drawn from start numbers. Registration includes the chance to participate in the raffle for a weekend running package. The race is connected with local festivities and offers various age categories and courses.
