Mnichovická běhna

The Mnichovice Run is an amateur running race set in the beautiful Central Bohemian landscape, featuring a challenging course approximately 7-8 km long with an elevation gain of around 200 meters. The race offers varied terrain including paved roads, forest, meadows, and pastures, where you may be accompanied by domestic and wild animals. The start and finish are newly located at the Šibeniční vrch sports complex on the Podhorky playground. All participants will receive a commemorative medal and diploma, category winners will be awarded cups and a small surprise. The Mnichovice Run is part of the series of running races for the Ladov Region Cup, and everyone who completes the race healthy and safe is a winner.

All competitors will receive start numbers and medals; the top three in the women’s and men’s categories will receive cups and surprises. Registration and pick-up of start numbers are from 9:00 to 9:45. Refreshment stations with drinking water are available on the course, with additional refreshments at the Šibeniční vrch restaurant. Dogs are not allowed on the course. The race capacity is a maximum of 100 runners. Parking is available on Bezručova Street near the elementary school. The race is intended for adults aged 15 and over. Registration is from 9:00 to 9:45, with refreshments included in the entry fee and medals for all participants. Parking is accessible at ZŠ Bezručova and at the Podhorky playground. Entry with dogs on the course is not permitted.
