Dopesace Backyard Ultra

Dopesace Backyard Ultra is an endurance race held in the Aš Forests, where runners complete a loop of just under 7 kilometres every hour. The race continues until only one runner remains who can complete one more lap than the others. This unique format puts the emphasis not only on speed, but above all on endurance and determination. The winner receives a silver coin and the opportunity to represent the Czech Republic at the team world championships in October 2026. The race atmosphere is unforgettable, and the event is also linked to a charitable project.

Pre-race check-in is available the evening before the race between 5 and 7 p.m., or on race day from 8 to 9:15 a.m. Runners must be over 18. Each lap must be completed within 60 minutes, otherwise the runner is disqualified. No assistance or aids are permitted on the course, including running poles. The race supports charity, with runners contributing CZK 1–10 for every kilometre completed to a selected project. The race takes place in the Aš Forests, and headlamps are required for night sections. Registration is required. The event has a charitable dimension and emphasises community spirit and endurance.
