Chotucká šlapka

Chotucká šlapka is a traditional running race in Křinec, which was established in 2012 as a duathlon and has been held as a pure trail run since 2020. The race offers two courses - a main 11 km route and a half-distance 5.5 km route, mainly along trail paths with a small portion of asphalt. The start and finish are in the castle park, and the course runs through scenic countryside with several hills and refreshment stations. The race is open to the general public with a limited capacity of 100 runners and offers personalized bib numbers, refreshments, and wooden medals for all participants.

The race capacity is limited to 100 runners. The bib number is personalized with the runner's name upon registration by 30.05.2026. There are men's and women's changing rooms, refreshments on the course and at the finish line, and wooden medals for all participants. Results are announced after the last runner finishes. Children's races start at 11:00 with staggered starts from 12:00. The race takes place on June 7, 2026, and includes children's races. It is part of the Postřižinská Running League.
