Race description
The Run Around America is the oldest forest running race in the Czech Republic and the third oldest race overall, held since 1925 in the America Forest Park in Písek. This terrain race has a tradition of over 100 editions and offers a challenging course of 10.4 km, which has evolved over the years. The race is popular among runners and local residents and is known for its history and atmosphere in a natural environment. It is organized by Atletika Písek, z.s., and is internationally recognized through cooperation with partner cities in England and Germany.
