5. Běh pro zdraví

Health Run is a charity running series organized by the athletic club TJ Jäkl Karviná, held in the beautiful surroundings of Božena Němcová Park in Karviná. Each run is 3 km long and is intended for everyone who wants to support their health while helping those in need, as the proceeds from the entry fees are donated to charitable causes. The start is traditionally at 17:45 at Lodiček, with registration beginning at 17:00. Everyone is warmly invited to participate in this friendly and health-promoting run.

Prezence začíná v 17:00, start na Lodičkách. Seriál sedmi běhů v roce 2026, výtěžek ze startovného jde na pomoc potřebným. Závod má charitativní podtext a je určen široké veřejnosti i rekreačním běžcům, koná se v krásném prostředí parku v Karviné.
